Mô tả công việc : | Basic Functions:The primary object is to ensure that all revenue from the relevant department are received and collected and charges made to members and guests are correct. Primary Duties: 1.Be responsible for the cash float under his custodian and money collected from the restaurant or golf course during his/her shift. 2.Checks that guest bill is correctly charged and settled correctly to the proper account (cash, credit card, voucher), 3.To check the credit card for payment by credit card, in terms of obtaining authorization and procedures. 4.Issues receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. 5.Conducts frequent “checks and balances” including reconciliation at end of shift and end of day. 6.Any discount, void made must be approved by management or supervisor in accordance with company polices and procedures. 7.Greets customers entering establishments. 8.Answers customers' questions, and provide information on product, service, procedures or policies. 9.Counts money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change/float. 10.Sorts, counts, and wraps currency and coins and provides to supervisor or financial department at end of shift/day or as and when required. 11.To check correctness data printed in the guest bill, i.e. number of guest, guests signature, name and room number is put down and return the guest bill to Captain for correction in case of incomplete or wrong information. 12.Prepares the daily report and other reports as requested by his/her Supervisor. 14.Be responsible for the POS machine, opens the shift when starting the duty, changes the date, does the shift – ends closing, informs Cashier Supervisor if there is discrepancy or problem. Changes the date of credit card imprinter. 15.Ensures sufficient supply of guest bills, officers/entertainment checks, tobacco, printing and stationery supplies. 16.Maintains cleanliness of cashier’s area. 17.Keeps the cashier office always attended and seeks replacement If wants to leave the office. 18.Ensures familiarity with company pricing, policies and procedures etc. 19.Resolves customer complaints. 20.Receives payment for items either in cash of credit card or, if approved, direct member's charge. Anticipating the needs of the members and offering appropriate merchandise solutions. Becoming fully knowledgeable in all products and sales techniques. 21.Taking Member's and Guest golf reservations. 22.Receives, unpacks, labels and displays merchandise sold in the Golf Shop, per direction from the Front Desk Manager. 23.Ensuring that the display area is fully stocked, clean and orderly at all times. 24.Maintaining the clean orderly appearance of the Golf Shop throughout the day. 25.Working with all members of the Golf Shop Staff on periodic physical inventories. 26.Performs related duties as assigned or as necessary. 27.Monitor stock levels & inform Front Desk Manager if any stock items are low level stock.. 28.Assist guests to find the items they require in the Golf Shop. |
